Additional fees:

Once your tours and inclusions total price have been agreed via email, no other fees will be charged. We will issue your deposit invoice within 24 hours. Balance invoices for day tours must be paid 3 weeks before your tour date begins.

Refund Policy:

SINGLE DAY TOURS

20% deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel within 60 days of the tour start date, then a cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour cost will be charged. This includes 100% of payments already made.

MULTI DAY TOURS & PACKAGE TOURS

Cancellations are allowed, but you will be subject to cancellation fees. If you cancel up until 90 days before the tour date begins, then you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total tour cost, plus a 4% administrative fee to cover non-recoverable transaction costs. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

If you cancel within 90 days of the tour start date, then a cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour cost will be charged. This includes 100% of payments already made.

Delivery Times:

After payment of deposit invoice has been received, you will receive a welcome link with more information about your tour, and what to expect, including pick-up/ drop-off instructions and safety procedures.

Payment period:

Upon mutual agreement of your tours and inclusions, we will issue your deposit invoice within 24 hours. Payment of the deposit invoice must be made with 3 days from the date of issue. You can pay via stripe online payments with your credit card.

Price:

All sales prices of our tours listed on this website include consumption tax of 10%

Availability:

Limited spots for each tour are available for each day. We can not guarantee your tour until we have agreed via email and you have paid in full by the agreed date.
